The part-time Receptionist will be responsible for greeting incoming guests and employees, answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, flow of correspondence, as well as additional clerical duties and general office support.

Hours: Monday-Friday 12:00pm-5pm

Responsibilities

  • Answer telephones and direct callers to the appropriate associate. Will transfer a caller to an associate’s voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable
  • Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
  • Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information
  • Receive, sort and forward incoming mail, maintain and route publications
  • Prepare conference rooms for client meetings; coordinate local conference room schedule
  • May assist in the ordering, and stocking of office supplies
  • Assist with other various projects as they arise

Requirements

  • High School Diploma and one (1) or more years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Internet Explorer
  • Ability to answer multi-line phones
  • Strong customer service orientation and solid interpersonal skills
  • Ability to treat all employees and clients with respect and dignity
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
  • High level organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including appropriate grammar and punctuation
