The Recruitment Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the national recruitment team.

Responsibilities:

  • Posting all jobs on internal and external websites
  • Assisting with background screening processes
  • Updating information in the HRIS
  • Assisting with travel arrangements and tracking expenditures
  • Assisting with onsite recruitment events
  • Providing other recruitment support as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sociology or related field desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and solid proof reading skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and follow up
  • Customer service oriented approach to work
