Regulatory Compliance Auditor

The Regulatory Compliance Auditor will be a member of our Legal Department and will be responsible for the following:

  • Reviewing and analyzing federal, state and local law
  • Reviewing proposed client agreements to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Contacting state and local government officials for confirmation of applicable regulations
  • Supporting sales and implementation staff with respect to applicable regulations
  • Maintaining verified compliance records for each jurisdiction
  • Providing general support to company’s in-house attorneys, including supporting various business units and legal functions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a process-driven environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Ability and desire to master new areas of expertise
  • Paralegal experience desirable
  • Regular attendance and a regular work schedule is an essential function of this job
