The Marketing Campaigns Specialist for Investment Management (IM) is responsible for developing and continually managing marketing strategy and executing marketing activities related to Yardi’s Investment Management solutions. This individual will leverage their existing industry knowledge and collaborate with a variety of departments to develop corporate and external product marketing strategies. As the IM marketing expert, the Marketing Campaign Specialist will interact closely with Industry Principals, Sales Vice Presidents and key product stakeholders to learn Yardi’s IM product functionality, develop skills for doing product demonstrations and participate in all product development for managing new product(s) or features going to market with all necessary messaging and collateral.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales, product development and stakeholders to align and continually review and evolve sales and marketing strategy
  • Deliver annual marketing strategy and plan and contribute to sales strategy and plan for the assigned product/market
  • Understand client and prospect base and develop effective sales and marketing messages
  • Identify and develop strong calls to action to help generate leads and manage the prospect funnel for desired results
  • Leverage various systems to coordinate production and delivery of IM marketing collateral
  • Understand Yardi corporate culture, messaging and brand
  • Track and analyze effectiveness of IM marketing and content
  • Communicate and collaborate often and well with project and product stakeholders
  • Oversee marketing efforts (e.g., messaging, promos) and strategy related to IM-specific events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience is required
  • Experience in commercial real estate and investment management is preferred
  • Experience in a business to business (B2B) marketing organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, proof-reading and editing skills
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience using marketing software (project management, CRM, website CMS) preferred
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Resourceful and creative problem-solver
  • Marketing- and sales-oriented outlook
  • Ability to work independently as well in collaboration with others
  • Determination and self-motivation
  • Positive and professional work attitude
  • Ability to work overtime if necessary to meet deadlines
  • Experience in enterprise software is ideal
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Proficient in Office 365, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
