We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic manager to lead a team of Talent Acquisition professionals!

What you will do

  • Lead, evaluate and develop a team of Talent Acquisition professionals to meet hiring objectives along with the associated activities of sourcing, screening and managing open positions
  • Develop strong working relationships with business unit leaders and hiring managers to align hiring activities that business strategy
  • Oversee the full cycle recruitment process of their team to ensure that staffing goals are meet for all levels for their business unit and deliver results for multiple locations in North America
  • Monitor the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts of their team and implement tactical adjustments to improve candidate flow
  • Ensure that their team communicates effectively with both the hiring teams and candidates as well as providing the next steps in the recruitment process
  • Ensure all candidates presented meet established position criteria
  • Assist recruiters as needed with negotiating offers, composing offer letters and ensuring packets are sent in a timely fashion
  • Implement sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates to create a pipeline for current and future openings
  • Conduct online networking on social media sites and other technology focused groups to support passively recruiting technical and professional candidates
  • Participate in a variety of external recruiting events, college career fairs, technical talks, information sessions, onsite Yardi events, and industry specific events
  • Track and report weekly/monthly/yearly activity and hiring metrics for team and report results to key business leaders and managers
  • Develop and/or reviews job postings leveraging existing job descriptions and Yardi’s recruitment brand
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are in line with hiring objectives
  • Provide regular, timely follow up with senior leadership to support solid communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Develop a culture that ensures recruiters provide the best customer experience to candidates, hiring managers, and employees
  • Manage pipeline activity, maintaining data integrity and reporting to stakeholders
  • Stay abreast of market trends regarding the technical recruiting space by geographic location and serves as a subject matter expert to managers

What you need to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, Psychology, or related field
  • Seven plus (7+) years of full cycle recruitment experience
  • Five plus (5+) years leading recruiting teams in a high-tech environment
  • Proven success in leading strategic recruitment initiatives
  • Demonstrated success partnering with multiple operating managers, directors, and business unit leaders
  • Proficiency in managing multiple stakeholder requirements in a fluid environment while supporting changing business strategies
  • Strong consultative and relationship building skills
  • Expert sourcing skills with demonstrated successes utilizing all appropriate channels and methods including online resources, events, relationship building and networking
  • Expert knowledge and compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws as they pertain to recruitment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Leverage current recruiting best practices
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
