What You’ll Do:
- Drive Creative Vision: Lead video projects from concept to completion, infusing your creative ideas to produce high-quality, brand-aligned content.
- Expert Production Management: Utilize your skills in camera operation, lighting, audio, and editing to craft compelling video narratives.
- Versatile Content Creation: Develop various types of video content for a broad array of platforms, including our website, social media, and live events.
- Elevate Our Brand: Use your video expertise to amplify Yardi's market presence and articulate our product and service strengths.
- Engage with Diverse Audiences: Conduct insightful interviews with a range of subjects, from clients and executives to our own team members, bringing to life the human aspect of our brand.
- Collaborative Innovation: Work alongside different departments and marketing teams to synchronize video production with our overarching communication goals and maximize content reach.
- Embrace Technological Advancements: Stay ahead of the curve by adopting the latest in video technology and trends, continually refining our video marketing strategy.
- Expect to travel 10%-20% of the time, diving into diverse environments and capturing the essence of our brand through your lens.
- This role involves a mix of office and fieldwork, offering variety and the opportunity to exercise your creativity in different settings.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related area (graphic design, animation, multimedia design, fine art, film studies or CGI and 3D modelling) or an equivalent portfolio of work demonstrating expertise in the discipline of Cinematography.
- Three to five (3 – 5) years of related work experience in video production as verified by reel and portfolio of work
- Filming, lighting, storytelling, editing, and online video publishing experience.
- Proven expertise in video production, media communications, or related discipline
- Proven focused experience with Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
- Experience with media networks, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Adobe Suite, Apple products, Microsoft Outlook
- Thorough understanding of a multi-camera shoot dynamic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven understanding of the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
- High-level attention to detail and accuracy in execution of work and tasks
- Strong project management skills and multi-tasking
- Ability to work in a high-traffic, deadline-oriented environment.
Helpful to have:
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Experience working for a software company is a plus

Annual compensation range $102,400 - $115,200
