About the Role:

Are you a self-driven, proactive team player with a keen eye for detail? Yardi is currently seeking a Billing/Collections Administrator to join our Billing and Collections Team and help ensure the financial health of our organization through efficient and accurate management of client accounts.

What You’ll Do:

· Client Communication: Utilize your strong communication skills to connect with clients, discuss outstanding balances, and establish payment arrangements.

· Transaction Processing: Efficiently process, verify, and record client payment transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

· Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of payment and account statuses, keeping our financial information up-to-date.

· Contract Analysis: Apply your analytical skills to interpret client contracts and ensure billing accuracy.

· Billing Audits: Exercise high attention to detail while auditing the accuracy of billing information to prevent discrepancies.

· Collaborate with Teams: Use your strong interpersonal skills to work closely with account managers on client payment issues and account details.

· Client Support: Be responsive by addressing client account inquiries and billing questions promptly and professionally.

· Policy Adherence: Issue credits in accordance with company policy and manage service terminations due to non-payment.

Who You Are:

· High school diploma or G.E.D.

· Two years of experience in accounts receivable and collections.

· A love for numbers and solid basic math skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) and the ability to operate a 10-key by touch.

· Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow processes.

· Proactive approach to work and internal motivation.

· Tact and diplomacy – strong communication skills.

· Ownership for your work and high levels of efficiency.

· Great people skills and strong team orientation.

· Flexibility, and the ability to manage changing priorities.

Helpful to Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
