By combining your accounting and customer service knowledge, the Associate Technical Account Manager will provide professional support to our property management customers via live chat and telephone. You will identify, research and resolve technical and application issues and most importantly, foster strong client relationships with a high level of customer service.
** Hours are 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday**
Our ideal candidate has:
- Customer Service and Accounting experience
- Ability to learn new technologies and processes
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Accounting, Facilities Maintenance, &/or Property Management experience
