The Associate Technical Account Manager combines accounting and customer service knowledge to provide professional support to our property management customers. You will identify, research and resolve technical and application issues, and most importantly, foster strong client relationships with a high level of customer service via the telephone and live chat.
- Implements the Yardi Breeze product by assisting clients with training and technical support.
- Research and troubleshoot escalated application issues.
- Maintain a knowledge of Yardi products
- Effective communication with client, account management and other team members.
- Customer Service and Accounting experience
- Ability to learn new technologies and processes
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Accounting, Facilities Maintenance, &/or Property Management experience
