The Sales and Marketing Intern will assist in various sales and marketing tasks and activities such as those listed below:


  • Prospect Prequalification: CRM data fields, Phone skills
  • Presentation Skills: Practice Presentation Skills, Phone Etiquette, Communication Skills
  • Demo Yardi Products: Attend a Webinar, Take eLearning Courses, Learn/Present Genesis2 Roadmap Presentation
  • CRM Database Clean Up
  • Market and Competitor Research
  • Gain experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM skills
  • Learn how to research companies and communicate with potential decision makers
  • Develop skills associated with the Sales and Marketing process of a SaaS product Develop skills associated with the Sales and Marketing process of a SaaS product
  • Writing Marketing Copy: Blog, Success Story Testimonial/Case Study, News and Publication Articles/PR
  • Event Marketing


  • Junior or Senior level status
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
  • Client-centered commitment and focus
  • Collegial, team-oriented disposition with the desire and ability to establish cooperative working relationships with employees at all levels within Yardi, outside of Yardi, and with clients. Ability to learn new concepts and Yardi programs
  • Ability to focus and deliver on tasks and goals without distraction
