Senior Account Executive, Commercial

The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for selling our technology solutions to the property management industry.

Responsibilities

  • Full sales cycle, including lead generation, telephone and email prospecting, on-line and in-person meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and activation agreements, and closing sales
  • Selling new services to new clients
  • Be technically familiar with our product solutions, the competition, and be excellent at promoting company products and solutions
  • Be highly skilled working with executive level personnel in all-sizes of property management companies, and with building relationships with governmental agency and trade association staffs

Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful sales experience
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
  • Must be sound in basic sales principles such as lead generation, opportunity qualification, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closure
  • Must also have strong presentation skills
  • An assertive, engaging personality
  • Demonstrated record of generating results
  • Highly ethical and disciplined professionalism
  • Ability to demonstrate outstanding customer relationships
  • Ability to understand technical products
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 50%
