We are currently hiring for an Operations Analyst to support our Professional Services Group. This position will be responsible for processing client service agreements, updating reports and conducting audits. This individual should be self-motivated as well as team-oriented.

This key position will be responsible for the following responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and updating utilization reports
  • Coordinating and scheduling Consultants at clients sites
  • Reviewing time and hours for accuracy and completeness
  • Providing resolution on any booking or billing discrepancies
  • Submitting time and hours to billing after review
  • Performing data analysis on client surveys and providing a summation on areas of interest
  • Providing administrative support to Consultants and the Director
  • Audit database and update as needed to ensure accurate reports
  • Produce various reports for management on department performance
  • Process contracts, addendums, and change orders for professional services

This position will require the following skills and background:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum two years professional experience
  • Previous experience providing support in an administrative role
  • Solid proficiency in MS Office Suite with a focus on Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a deadline driven environment
  • Strong detail orientation and ability to follow processes
  • Good problem solving skills and the ability to provide issue resolution
