The Helpdesk Representatives are responsible for real-time support of the day-to-day software operations for Yardi clients’ residential and commercial property sites. As part of the Yardi Elevate team, the Helpdesk Representative will provide ongoing support to our clients during and after implementation of any Elevate product. We are looking for entry level candidates that are driven, love solving problems, and are technically curious. Yardi is an employee centered organization and offers a wonderful growth path from our Helpdesk roles to broader roles within our company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as an extension of the Yardi client’s helpdesk providing support to end users
  • Providing day-to-day support to client requests via direct chat, email or phone inquiries
  • Responds to end user questions regarding Yardi’s Elevate suite of products.
  • Logs all calls and enters tickets into Yardi’s CRM tool for tracking and resolution
  • Guiding and training the clients on the use of the Elevate suite of products
  • Researches, troubleshoots and resolves a variety of technical and data feed issues
  • Providing quick and efficient responses to clients regarding multiple products
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of all Elevate products in a fast-paced environment
  • Effectively communicating with clients, vendors, and other internal product teams
  • Maintaining client confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Math, Finance, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience working in an inbound technical support center
  • Highly organized, with ability to manage multiple initiatives at once, prioritize the most important initiatives, and communicate the reasoning as needed
  • Ability to problem solve and enter documentation into a CRM tool
  • Ability to work collaboratively and constructively with others
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft products – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Regular attendance and a regular work schedule are an essential function of this job
