Marketing Campaign Specialist

About the Role:     

We’re looking for a creative, results-driven Marketing Campaign Specialist for Events to support the Yardi Investment Suite team. You’ll plan and execute integrated marketing for trade shows, client events we sponsor, and Yardi-hosted events, turning each one into pipeline and measurable revenue impact.

You’ll partner with sales teams on event strategy and build campaigns that drive meeting scheduling before the show, on-site lead capture, and timely follow-up and nurture afterward. You’ll work across key channels, including email, websites and landing pages, organic and paid LinkedIn, and select digital advertising, to promote our presence and fill calendars.

You’ll also work closely with the Events team to make sure on-site staffing, logistics, and brand presence are well executed. You’ll collaborate with our social media and client advocacy teams to amplify event moments, highlight client voices, and extend each event’s reach beyond the venue. Along the way, you’ll help develop supporting assets such as event landing pages, invitations, signage and booth messaging, and recap content.

You’ll track performance across every event, report on meetings booked, leads captured, and pipeline influenced, and use what you learn to sharpen the next campaign.

What You’ll Do:    

• Develop and manage marketing strategies and plans for an assigned product line or vertical market  

• Collaborate with internal teams—including writers, designers, and product stakeholders—to execute marketing campaigns  

• Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral such as email campaigns, brochures, videos, social media, and press releases  

• Support event marketing efforts by delivering promotional materials, event displays, swag, and presentation content for Yardi and industry events  

Who You Are:     

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field  

• A minimum of three (3) years of marketing experience  

• Prior experience in business to business (B2B) marketing organization  

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills  

• Excellent attention to detail, proof reading and editing skills  

• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities  

• Solid interpersonal and relationship management skills  

• Excellent organizational skills  

• Strong research and analytical skills  

• Ability to work independently or in collaboration with others  

• Determination and internal self-motivation  

Ideal to Have:    

• Experience in specified product/market/industry  

• Marketing software (project management, CRM, website CMS)  

• Enterprise software and real estate industry experience

Annual Salary Range: $80,800 - $90,900
