The Client Success Account Manager (AM) develops and improves relationships with ResidentShield clients by analyzing renter’s insurance data and providing portfolio reports, offering recommendations to minimize unit exposure and increase ResidentShield policy adoption, and supporting onsite staff via training or other needs. The AM will collaborate with Yardi teams (marketing, development, customer and client services, etc.) to identify areas needing improvement and possible solutions.

Responsibilities

Analysis and Outreach – On a quarterly basis or as needed, analyze client’s policy portfolio and performs outreach to clients via phone and email; suggest best practices relevant to client’s needs. For underperforming clients, review portfolio and suggest corrective action to prevent suspension of marketing fees or re-enable fees if already suspended
Client Assistance – provide training, onboard new properties, order brochures, etc. to support clients
Executive Reviews – gather claims data from QBE/MSI and run reports from Voyager/RS Admin to create presentation deck; schedule onsite visits or phone review for specified clients
Projects – client audits, development or marketing support (input, answering questions), etc.

Requirements

  • BA preferred. In lieu of degree, 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Insurance license required
  • Account management experience
  • Insurance background
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project management skills
  • High competency working with Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Teamwork and Leadership qualities
  • Organization is desired
  • Problem-solving and Critical thinking is desired
  • Presentation skills is desired
  • Regular attendance and a regular work schedule are an essential function of this job
