RTR Accounting Requirement

Experience Range - 2 - 6 years

Qualification

CA Inter | CMA Inter | CA Freshers | Bcom | M.Com

Key Responsibilities

• Bank reconciliation and cash accounting

• Intercompany accounting and reconciliations

• Fixed asset accounting

• Project accounting – Procore & non-Procore

• Consolidation, straight-lining, deferred revenue & AR aging

• VAT and statutory reporting

• Local GAAP compliance

• Lease accounting

• Payroll, withholding, bonus & benefits accounting

• Expense accounting, accruals & AP aging

• Month-end and year-end closing activities

• Account reconciliations and reporting

Key Skills

• Strong accounting fundamentals

• Good knowledge of reconciliations and month-end close

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good Excel and ERP knowledge

• Strong attention to detail

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• Good Knowledge on GAAP

Team Lead – Additional Responsibilities

• Lead and review RTR activities and month-end close

• Team allocation and performance management

• Stakeholder coordination and issue resolution

• Process improvement and quality control
