The Associate Help Desk Representative will be responsible for real-time support of the day to day software operations for Yardi clients’ residential and commercial property sites. This includes answering “how-to” questions, interpreting reports, troubleshooting common problems, and enforcement of client policy and procedures.
Requirements (Expertise in a combination of the following)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong computer and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with residential and/or commercial property management leasing and PM functions
- Experience working in a software support center or customer service Help Desk role
- Experience with Yardi Voyager, software technical support beneficial
- Advanced troubleshooting and technical skills beneficial
There will be an opportunity to work 8:00am to 5:00pm or 11:00am to 8:00pm.
