Under the daily direction of the Administrative Team Leader, the Administrative Specialist performs a wide variety of administrative and department activities for the Client Services Department.

Responsibilities

  • Client contract review and assignment
  • Backup for customer service representatives who log and route support request calls
  • Support/maintain employee database (CRM)
  • Assist in maintaining department calendar
  • Coordinate and assist with client visits, client and staff conferences and events
  • Exemplify professionalism and courtesy to clients and staff
  • Participate and makes suggestions on department processes, procedures and best practices
Requirements
  • Team - oriented, determined and self-motivated
  • Positive can-do attitude, resourceful
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills,
  • Ability to form and nurture interdepartmental relationships
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel and Word
  • Administrative support in a technical environment preferred
