The Associate Technical Account Manager assists clients with the Setup, Configuration and Operation of Automated pricing within Multifamily industry.

Responsibilities

  • Determines operational objectives by reviewing with client Asset goals and objectives
  • Conduct weekly calls with clients reviewing pricing performance and providing recommendations
  • Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
  • Provides references for users by; providing help desk support; training users
  • Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
  • Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements

  • A strong record of professional success, including at least 3 years of client-facing experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of Property Management and/or Revenue Management in the Multifamily industry
  • Superior client-facing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfortable in client environments
  • Strong client focus, excellent teamwork abilities, integrity, and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated track record of goal achievement
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher-level client management experience
