The Associate Help Desk Representative will be responsible for real-time support of the day to day software operations for Yardi clients’ residential and commercial property sites.

Responsibilities

  • Answer “how - to” questions
  • Interpret reports
  • Troubleshoot common problems
  • Enforcement of client policy and procedures

Requirements (Expertise in a combination of the following)

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong computer and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with residential and/or commercial property management leasing and PM functions
  • Experience working in a software support center or customer service Help Desk role
  • Experience with Yardi Voyager, software technical support beneficial
  • Advanced troubleshooting and technical skills beneficial
  • Regular attendance and a regular work schedule is an essential function of this job
