Associate Technical Account Manager – Partnership Program

The Associate Technical Account Manager, Partnership Program will be responsible for day-to-day management of third-party vendor partnership accounts, including cultivating exceptional relationships, working with external partners to resolve issues, performing ad-hoc analyses, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful implementation and communication with vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Will serve as primary contact for third-party vendors and will maintain and expand relationships
  • Reviews and responds to online inquiries and information requests through the general mailbox by third-party vendors regarding cost and requirements
  • Assists third-party vendors with the qualification process from inception to completion
  • Sets up development environments for third party vendors, demonstrates specific Voyager functionality based on access using GoToMeeting, and responds to any questions regarding workflow, etc.
  • Conducts QA sessions with third party vendors to ensure data is being interpreted correctly
  • Assists with pilot client implementation sessions
  • Maintains development sites to include, updating plugins, entering data, installing development builds and new releases, and running schema updates
  • Expands the scope of Yardi Standard Interface Partners Program based on Yardi client’s requests
  • Processes contracts, addendums and process updates
  • Will collaborate with internal Yardi sales, accounting and legal teams on a regular basis

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or other related degrees
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience interacting and providing support to customers
  • Excellent project and time management with multiple simultaneous projects
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to set expectations
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Familiarity with MS SQL highly desirable
  • Regular attendance and a regular work schedule is an essential function of this job
