About the Role:

We are currently seeking experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team at REACH by RentCafe. As a leading digital marketing agency owned by Yardi, a global software company specializing in property management services and solutions for multifamily management firms, we provide consultative partnerships to our customers. As a Sales Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and cultivating meaningful relationships with our valued customers. We expect the position to be based out of one of the following offices: Atlanta GA, Chicago IL, Cleveland OH, Miami FL, or Raleigh NC.

What You’ll Do:

  • Present REACH by RentCafe's digital marketing solutions to Yardi clients in a consultative manner, effectively showcasing our products and services.
  • Act as a marketing expert, providing valuable assistance and guidance to other marketing professionals (your clients).
  • Use your sales expertise to cultivate and manage a strong sales pipeline at both the property and regional levels.
  • Deeply understand the renter's journey by analyzing client websites, leveraging industry data and research, and identifying pain points to recommend appropriate REACH solutions.
  • Apply a consultative sales approach, effectively collaborating with prospects from the marketing department to the C-suite, guiding them from discovery to close.
  • Contribute creatively to the development and execution of outbound call and email campaigns.

Who You Are:

  • Prior experience selling digital marketing services (SEO/PPC) or equivalent and/or experience as a marketing manager with digital marketing expertise.
  • Solid knowledge base in sales and the ability to apply sales principles (e.g., lead generation, opportunity qualification, proposal development, account management and closure).
  • High comfort level interfacing with C-level decision makers.
  • Qualification, proposal development, account management and closure.
  • Ability to effectively executive sales strategies using a consultative approach and relationship building techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.

Helpful to Have:

  • Yardi domain experience
  • Experience in the multifamily housing industry or related commercial real estate field
