Yardi Systems’ Resident Screening, an employer of choice in Toronto, ON is hiring for an Implementation Specialist to join their growing team!
As an Implementation Specialist you will be responsible for supporting new client accounts, which includes entering all new client data and setting up accounts in the system, updating existing client account information, working with existing clients to answer questions and solve problems, and collaborating on various Account Management and client facing related initiatives.
- HS Diploma/Associates Degree+ Preferred
- 1-3 years+ providing administrative/client facing support
- Proficiency in MS Office with intermediate skills in Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High accuracy level and attention to detail
- Dependability and desire to preform quality work
