As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting new and existing client accounts, which includes entering all new client data and setting up accounts in the system, updating client account information, working with and supporting Account Managers on account changes, collaborating on product enhancements and various detail oriented administrative projects.

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma
  • 1-3 years providing administrative support
  • proficiency on MS Office with intermediate skills on Excel
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • high accuracy level and attention to detail
