The Associate Technical Account Manager for Senior Living - RENTCafe plays a key role in assisting clients’ accounting team to be able to offer online payments and clients’ marketing and operations departments with promoting their properties to prospective tenants and to retain existing residents.

Responsibilities

  • Setting up payment portals, marketing websites, advising on template design, color themes and image uploads
  • Ensuring clients’ portals and websites are consistent with the criteria they provide
  • Serving as a liaison with the client’s marketing team and Yardi’s creative services team
  • Teaching clients how to utilize and maintain their portals and websites
  • Consulting clients on how best to incorporate our solutions into their business workflows and troubleshooting any reported issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Experience setting and managing client expectations
  • Ability to build long term client relationships
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with marketing and design elements
  • Solid proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook
  • Ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with client management preferred
  • Experience with accounting and general software support a plus
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, or building websites using content management systems preferred
  • Experience with Social Media a plus
  • Regular attendance and a regular work schedule is an essential function of this job
