We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic team player with phenomenal customer services skills to respond to client inquiries for Yardi’s YES Energy Team!
What you will do
- Use your strong customer service focus to provide amazing support and assistance for inbound calls from clients
- Be proactive and supportive and assist customers in solving issues in a timely fashion
- Use your strong attention to detail to process client billing inquiries and account changes
- Learn policies, systems, legal compliance, regulations and company products and services
- Use your ability to multi-task to effectively management multiple priorities
- Be part of a great team and work toward a common goal of amazing customer service
What you need to have
- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience
- Ability to comfortably use a computer and utilize the internet
- Strong data entry skills with a high accuracy level
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook
- Awesome written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service mindset and the ability to go the extra mile
- High comfort level answering inbound calls and providing courteous and friendly support
- Flexibility, and the ability to manage changing priorities
- Collaborative approach to work and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
What would be helpful to have
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- 10-key by touch
